I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, as it was right in the historic center of Siena. I loved that it was easy to walk anywhere in the center and that it was also near the bus terminal. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the breakfast spread was delicious and had a lot of variety.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is situated in a historic area within walking distance from all the sights. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities provided in the rooms are exactly as depicted in the pictures. I particularly loved the room with the balcony, which offered a lovely view of the old town. The breakfast options were plentiful, with delicious selections including homemade cakes and an amazing chocolate cake.

The hotel was well located for easy access to the main bus station and within walking distance of the old quarter and all the sights. We also enjoyed the bonus of having views towards a beautiful cathedral from our room. the breakfast provided was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The lack of an elevator in the hotel, which meant we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs. This was particularly inconvenient since the staff were often busy and couldn't assist us for long periods.
