Posh hotel with large bathroom

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect, as it was right in the historic center of Siena. I loved that it was easy to walk anywhere in the center and that it was also near the bus terminal. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. Plus, the breakfast spread was delicious and had a lot of variety.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is situated in a historic area within walking distance from all the sights. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities provided in the rooms are exactly as depicted in the pictures. I particularly loved the room with the balcony, which offered a lovely view of the old town. The breakfast options were plentiful, with delicious selections including homemade cakes and an amazing chocolate cake.

The hotel was well located for easy access to the main bus station and within walking distance of the old quarter and all the sights. We also enjoyed the bonus of having views towards a beautiful cathedral from our room. the breakfast provided was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

This was particularly inconvenient since the staff were often busy and couldn't assist us for long periods. Another small drawback was the firmness of the bed.

The reception staff were not friendly or cute. This greatly affected the overall experience, as their lack of empathy and disregard for guest concerns left a negative impression.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast provided was also very good. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location and great service.
